After confirmation, we will send you a link to the video conference and further instructions. No special software is needed – just an internet connection.

Our consultations typically range from 45 to 60 minutes. During this time, we will conduct a detailed conversation, learn about your health habits and goals, and then provide you with individual recommendations and a personalized nutrition analysis tailored to your needs. We will confirm the exact time when you book.

Our consultations are conducted online via video conference, which allows you to participate comfortably from home or work. We also offer in-person consultations at our center in Olomouc, Hlavní ul. 128. When booking, you can choose your preferred method of communication.
