7. Returns and Claims
Return period: Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition with all packaging.
Return conditions:
- • Product must not be used or opened (except for necessary inspection)
- • All original packaging and documentation must be preserved
- • A return form must be completed with the reason for return
Returned products will be processed within 7 business days. Return shipping costs are not covered unless the return is due to Company error.
